Slapbox Media LLC uses the name, email, company, and project details you choose to send to respond, assess fit, and follow up on your inquiry. Optional discovery information helps us understand how people find us.

Website measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, viewed work, and contact actions. We keep names, email addresses, company identities, and inquiry text out of those custom analytics events.

The site uses session storage to retain controlled campaign information during a visit, ending after 30 minutes of inactivity. A tagged or referred visit can indicate X or LinkedIn, and registered campaign links can indicate the publishing account and placement. Missing source information stays unknown. We do not reconstruct identity across devices. You can disable measurement in this browser by visiting the site with ?analytics=off, and restore it with ?analytics=on. That preference is saved in local storage.

Inquiry handling

We save your inquiry in a private database, then use our email provider to notify Mace and send you an automatic confirmation. The record includes the campaign context available at submission. Rate limits and duplicate protection use hashed identifiers to help prevent abuse. We keep these records separate from general website analytics. We also use a private shared Notion inbox to review project briefs, record next actions, and link research.

Website intake records and queued email copies expire after 90 days. Email conversations and active opportunity notes in Notion are maintained separately while the relationship is ongoing. Mace and Carlos review those working records when an opportunity closes. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or book a meeting.
