How we work.

Good creative starts with a reason for someone to care. We find that reason in your customers, shape it into an idea, and give you clear decisions to make along the way.

Book a call

THE RIGHT MESSAGE.
THEN THE CREATIVE.

We learn what matters to your customers, agree on the direction, and make the work. You know what comes next and what you’re approving.

  1. Start with your business.

The first call is with Mace. If the fit is right, a fuller questionnaire helps us understand your brand, constraints, and what the work needs to achieve.

Approved: A shared brief: the goal, the audience, and the constraints.

  2. Find what customers care about.

We study what customers say, how competitors communicate, and the campaign signals your team can share. Research gives us a reason for the creative direction.

Approved: The customer insight and opportunity behind the work.

  3. Agree on the idea.

Research informs the proposed strategy and scope. Custom concepts begin after the agreement and initial payment. You review the thinking behind each direction and choose the idea we develop.

Approved: An agreed direction, followed by a selected concept.

  4. See it before we make it.

We review the script and the visual choices that matter: characters, locations, wardrobe, and tone. You approve the plan before heavy production. Later changes may affect scope or timing.

Approved: The script, look, and production plan you approve.

  5. Bring it to the screen.

We use AI, live action, or a hybrid approach to serve the idea. Your team reviews the work at agreed stages and receives the formats needed for the campaign. Media buying stays with your team.

Approved: Finished creative in the agreed formats, ready for your media team.

SENIOR DIRECTION.
MORE WAYS TO MAKE IT.

AI production

Characters, environments, and visual ideas built around your brand. Senior creatives guide the story, performance, and finish.

Hybrid production

Real actors, real products, and live action, extended with AI environments and VFX. We choose the combination that serves the work.

You don’t need to choose a production method before we talk. Mace will help shape the scope around your goals, channels, and budget. Your media team continues to own the campaign spend and placement.

Common questions

Do I need a finished brief before we talk?
No. Bring your goals, the audience you want to reach, and the challenge you're working through. Mace will help you work out the creative approach and scope on the initial call.
Do you guarantee ROAS?
No. Results also depend on your offer, audience, and media buying. We produce the creative and use the available campaign data to guide the next round.
Can we keep our media buyer?
Yes. We hand off ad-ready creative and collaborate with your team. Media buying, targeting, bidding, and media spend stay with you.
How quickly can we launch?
Timing depends on the idea, production approach, and approvals. We confirm availability and the delivery schedule around your brief before work begins.
Is everything made with AI?
No. Hybrid production combines real actors and real shoots with AI environments and VFX. We choose the approach that serves the idea; senior human direction leads the work.
Can we start with one campaign?
Yes. We can scope a single project or discuss an ongoing creative relationship. You don't need to choose before we talk; the right starting point depends on the work.
Do you work with studios?
Yes. Studios, production teams, and IP owners can bring us a production challenge or a need for AI capability. We'll discuss the scope directly; a brand's monthly media-spend threshold does not apply to studio work.
